@SmilingGecko thanks for your insight. Fortunately as my half sister I didn't grow up with her and was 15 before I met her. She's 7 years younger than me. Her mother was the reason my mum and dad got divorced, although dad never had a nice word to say about her even though he had 3 kids with her. I liked her mum but after dad died I realised how much I missed out on because of her and my half siblings. Narcisister has a history of making up stories and I would love to know how she managed to manipulate my paternal family into cutting ties with me. She hardly knew dad's side of the family as they are all in WA and she's in NSW. She came over to visit family once and possibly came over another time after that but these are cousins I grew up with.

All of dad's bad traits she inherited.

@PeppyPatti I won't comment on politics on Sane as my views are very conservative and most people disagree with me. I don't like derogatory terms being made about any political leader regardless of the party they belong to, I find it offensive.

Not to say your comments were offensive, just letting you know that I won't engage with any political comments. The one time I did I got in trouble so no more from me!

Yes, we will definitely still move to the country. I shall buy a huge block of land when I win lotto and you can have a nice little unit on it, with an outdoor area for Mr Rocker to have his smokes out of the rain and heat.

@SmilingGecko the ranger told me that the owner had shown proof he'd purchased bark collars to be compliant but I suspect he never used them.

I know about the citronella collars as my aunt used one with her dog. The ones my neighbour allegedly bought give the dog a shock each time it barks. I don't really approve of that idea and am a little glad he didn't put them on the dogs.

I have sent a follow up request to the shire and ironically the dogs have not barked in almost 3 days. I would rather he give the yappy one to someone who can look after it, the poor thing is left out in the yard all day and night and it's no wonder it barks. I am not a fan of small dogs because of their tendency to continuously yap but they have a retriever as well that barks at times as well.

I'm am hoping I have heard the last of the barking!
