Hello @GezzaP Good Morning! Now that my sleep schedule has returned to normal I'm back following the chi cycle routine. Feel happier and better for it. It comes from the book The Perfect Day Plan. 11 degrees out there brrrr. Kitty cat has been fed and shes asleep at the end of the bed. Vaccuum cleaning today lolz

Morning @SmilingGecko . Glad to here you’re sleeping well. My helper is coming to change light I couldn’t do tomorrow. He’s going to sort through some boxes he left here when he was homeless and take some away with him. Waiting for chemist to
open before go to shops. Will watch footy this afternoon. Have a good day. Don’t envy you vacuuming.

Gah @GezzaP just whip around quickly with vacuum I hate it too but its got to be done lol. Nothing on for today. Felt a bit off this morning, just balancing meridians to feel better so the energy is flowing properly.
@TAB @PeppyPatti @ENKELI @StuF Very cold here will get out my trusty oodie. Got to keep winter bills down. Just saw how expensive it is to heat a house state by state in Money Magazine. I usually never turn a heater on due to expense. Had an environmental scientist come out to my home once through an Anglican church community development initiative and it costs virtually no money to wrap yourself in an electric throw. My bills dont spike AT ALL over winter as the wattage on the electric throw is so low it hardly uses any power. Been living like that for years each winter with a throw, it keeps you warmer than a heater. Friend who was hit with massive bills each winter and struggling to pay wished he had of done it sooner. Said it was good for his health problems which required heat to keep symptoms controlled.
Heres what an electric throw looks like if you dont allready know. You just wrap yourself in it. Its what I was told to do to keep bills down

Trip to chemist and shop done shopping and meds put away. Was an expensive trip @SmilingGecko . You saying about vacuuming reminded me to take my stick vacuum off charge so thanks. Hope you are feeling better now. I feel ok slept reasonably well last night. It’s cold here too, but house is ok. I put oodie over me when I get cold in the Winter. Will watch footy today.
