ok my bad, I use the phone app. I prob saves hundreds a month in theory over 3 supermarket and 2 liquor chains. but I buy more when things really cheap, can lead to consuming ..more. so actual spend may not have been that different, just that I filled cupboards for free in a way.

Also , once have a decent stock (more than2 weeks worth at least of over a months worth) like I have in coffee and cat food. means never paying full price again, cos just wait forthe next special when they have to move older stock

so, I do not pay over .57c per coffee capsule (often see for .80c) or $1.20 for small can cat food that is usually $1.60 (buy 15 cans thats same as saving .10c/liter on tank of fuel)

so when fuel went up $24/tank or $12/wk for me, its been covered by me doing hours of comparative shopping

got frozen onions, beans, potato and a steamfresh bag , ha

prob healthiest meal eaten in a while, think nibble then put in glass airtight microwave container in fridge

whenI had money, never used to check prices , just bought what I wanted, then started looking more carefully when meat went up a lot maybe 10years ago

feet up is a winner hey Meowso. feel bit off here too, nothing major. no walk today , leave that for now next physio thursday, not been since hurt knee

yes pretty quiet here.cat was sound asleep on its chair earlier . I slept most of day . must have needed it
