Hello @StuF yes we are all sleeping well for a change @GezzaP about to do weights. Have been doing liver detox for two weeks now. Feeling energized for a change. Will continue to do it for a month. Got to get out into the garden and do some weeding at some stage

I hate weeding @SmilingGecko . Good on you for sticking to your health regime. Supposed to be 26 here today but it’s cool atm got ugg boots and a jumper on. Still doing my Spanish. Will watch some more footy this afternoon. Might wake up early with the clocks going back tonight.

@StuF Yes now that I have enough energy can weed the garden. Walking was taking it out of me. Now with liver detox am feeling a lot livelier again so can get into the garden.

I doubt I’ll watch the night game @StuF . Might watch some of it given the clocks go back tonight. Will watch Port game in the afternoon for sure.
