then the money coming into Perth via Taxes means iv got to wait months —- then the American lawyer complaining my people in Perth are lazy - then my people in Perth saying there’s all this tax implications to pass —-
then shortly —- buying something is hard …..
then I’ll go from a safe homeswest place and a homeless person will be able to get my home …..

yeah , got a bit of a soft spot for them @GezzaP I remember walking to deli and discovering their pasties in late 80s.not sure deli still there, but school oval is now housing estate. yay CrittendenRd bad old days lolonly branched out from their pies and pasties since back in SA, those sausage inpastry things delicious. their carrot cake is too. was getting balfours double choc muffins , but they took half the choc out, so no more
