I did all kinds of things to try and save money few years @Meowmy Iended up with Woolworths which uses Telstra, but not long after they put prices up plus direct to telstra poss better signal. wish didnt have to pay so much for broadband,dunno

Wow isn't that just lovely @Former-Member? A lot of these courses are so far out of reach. I'm glad you were afforded that opportunity. Its so nice of them do do that. I have metal singing bowl which I sometimes use to remove negative energy as well as to cleanse my crystals. I have often wondered what its like to have my own quartz singing bowl? Maybe I might get one. I did attend a group meditation once where there was a large singing bowl and we went quite deep with that meditation experience. In my spare time I listen to quartz singing bowls on you tube and they are great for stabilising your energy bodies. I have come across those hanpans as well. There are some beautiful hanpan compositions on the internet!
