Had a glorious nights sleep last night.

Thinking of hopping back on a supp for my hair, skin and nails again. It contains substances allready found in these areas but in diminishing amounts. I dont know if my thyroid will be ok with it but am going to give it a try. Am approaching 60 and dont like my ageing skin. Am looking forward to seeing the results I get. Just did morning protocols.

@GezzaP a big bill - no good! Thats not like you to sleep in. I pay fortnightly with Centrepay so I'm not slugged with big bills on my limited income. I'm trying to cut back on water. Doing a half flush on the loo not that its going to be reflected in my bill but maybe meet my water usage charges for a single person household though. Just did weights, my body feels amazing. Will hop on my rebounder. So glad I bought my portable electric stovetop when I did years ago. Thought gas may not be available in future due to a gas crisis. Its in storage as part of my preparedness I may get it out when gas goes up.

Yes a big quarterly bill @SmilingGecko . Strata fees that have to cover the insurance. I was awake a couple of times during the night so probably explains why I slept late. Enjoy your rebounding. I’ve got gas it keeps getting more expensive.

@GezzaP My gas bill is due around the 10th - 13th of the month. So will check the price hike then. I pay fortnightly and at the end of the month any money in arrears just gets rolled over. But bill should arrive soon

I’m not due a gas bill for a while @SmilingGecko . Hope yours is not too much. I’m doing my Spanish. Feel like I need to go to toilet but can’t go. Oh well tomorrow maybe.

I was surprised when I looked at the time as I rarely sleep in @TAB . Quite cool here this morning.
