I grind my teeth at night @TAB . Lost my night guard and can’t afford another one. That works teeth loose. At least I don’t have any other loose teeth atm. Yeah I’ve been known to lose bits of teeth eating too.

I hope work was good Tomaatti, I am going through my change of weather lack of motivation realisation. Time to get the light therapy lamp out. I am enjoying the cooler weather I must admit.

MM has been sookie since the change of weather and instead of lying by my feet for an hour and then disappearing for the rest of the night, he's been sleeping on his pillow (it WAS my pillow but he claimed it naturally) through the night.

Last night I heard him howling and was about to get up when bro came back from the laundry shaking his head. Turns out a neighbour cat dared to come into the yard and MM was defending his territory - but at a distance and in the laundry. For a ginger he displayed some sense for a change! The other cat high tailed it and MM then jumped up on my bed, stuck his face in mine and demanded Krack.

I sent the neighbour a final request email to keep his yappy creature quiet or I will contact the shire. It woke bro up this morning around 0600 barking and then again at midday. I am hoping Nige Numpty complies because I really can't be bothered contacting the shire.
