I could not do it for a count of 6 @Former-Member You must have big lung capacity! Those Buddhist meditation retreats cost an arm and a leg. I do know of a Buddhist temple and i noticed everything costs money so its prohibitive for people like us. The courses and workshops and literature. Taoist centres I used to attend were free. You have to be introduced though. I haven't attended in years, they tended to be discriminatory towards the disabled, it was the success culture. Don't know if its changed but it was one of the reasons I left

I went for a bit of a drive after shops, followed train on dirt rd . Enoyable.
