Re: Tabaluga's 2.0

meals wheels was a 'thought bubble' in modern speak , ok a passing thought @SmilingGecko

there is a bus to 'bigtown'once a week was about to be cancelled as no one using it . guess all the housos here have cars. lots ex govt housing here from when rail and highways ok waterworks employed 10x as many people in the 1960s, now people from bigtown come here to get a house. I talked to people who worked in waterworks in 1960s in same workshop I was in from time to time they said so many people they hoped some didnt come to work and they didnt know if they did or not. where 20 people there before closing down, was a little bit roomy. were near 200 in 1960s.some people used to drink all day at work too back then

Re: Tabaluga's 2.0

Theyre telling everyone in Victoria to catch public transport now because of the fuel crisis @TAB. That bus to Bigtown might be reinstated who knows but it makes sense with limited fuel reserves for the ordinary citizen to be compelled to go by public transport now. I just get my food delivered via Woolworths. They have done long distances in the past. I bet the delivery prices will go up to keep logistics going. But if people cant afford to drive to bigger areas it makes sense to have the bus going. Such an inconvenience though and a real nuisance having to be collected at the right time or miss the bus at long distances

Re: Tabaluga's 2.0

Cant get it to save @GezzaP might try again later. The face yoga is really hard to do. It stimulates the sun/moon aspects of the face as well as getting the hypothalamus to function properly. I did not know hypothalamus health is related to panic stress and trauma. If you heal your hypothalamus it will regulate your parasympathetic/sympathetic nervous system and will make it strong so you dont get excess stress hormones, cortisol production and inflammation as a result of panic/anxiety. Anyway will add it to my energy practices and will see how I go with it.

Yes I have tried face yoga @SmilingGecko and it is hard. Will watch some footy this afternoon. Will also treat myself to a hot cross bun after lunch.

I am going to heal my hypothalamus @GezzaP and get lots of healthy hormones in my body! Taoist facial diagnostics can reveal a lot about the internal state of the body. I'm going to reverse my hormonal state to that of my youth and enjoy a new me. The hypothalamus is the master switch. Have had so much stress, now can send lots of oxygen and fluids to my hypothalumus with facial yoga and meet life with more strength and gusto. I did weights this morning, liver detox now hop on my rebounder.

Good on you @SmilingGecko . Hope it all works for you. I’m rugged up as it’s cold here again. Going to put footy on soon.

Re: Tabaluga's 2.0

@GezzaP Yes its really cold in Melbourne. Wanted to mention...dont know if its your thing. Saw it in Money Magazine. Its a great way to get leftovers at 50-80% off from cafes, restaurants and bakeries at the end of the day. Its also a way to battle food waste. Have seen local restaurants and bakeries listed in my area selling surprise bundles for next to nothing to consumers. https://www.toogoodtogo.com/en-gb They are an app and the idea began in Europe and is now here, theyve been going for several years now. Its quite active in my area and I'm semi regional. There are always places putting their surplus up for sale
