i have been sleeping 6-8 hrs in daylight plus at night @PeppyPatti been up6hrs maybe now, another couple go to bed like 1am lol

skipping is pretty demanding to take on if little unfit and having dixzzy episodes
better than than burpees i guess
i go to sleep around 3am usually up by 9 latest and cant sleep again even if tired
