Yes I just beat the rush at the servo this morning @SmilingGecko . Your lunch sounds nice. Glad detox is working and you are getting used to eating main meal at lunch time. I’m going to get lunch soon I’m hungry.

oh the water pick yeah eff painful @GezzaP

should have got another freezer here. myfridge is like 330liters freezer only 80 and I keep bag of ice in it haha.Fridge compartment not well designed . seem to fill that no problem. cant put much in door. never looked into how much a small chest freezer costs to run.

I was thinking dry food. cans and stuff even 150l if such a thing would do

@TAB ahhh the good old days 😂. You reminded me of a band I saw at a pub several years ago now (at least 17), they did covers for bands like nickelback etc. Can't for the life of me remember the name of them though.

I sometimes have a siesta after lunch @SmilingGecko , got into that being in parts of Spanish America where shops shut down for a few hours. I have been eating my main meal at lunch time for years. I find I have more energy to cook then than in the evening. On the rare occasion I treat myself to take away it lasts me days and I eat a little bit more in the evenings.

Yeah My kitchen is tiny so only have space for a small fridge and a half size freezer. @TAB I’ve got quite a lot in my pantry already but could do with more soups for when weather cools. I absolutely hate the water thingo at the dentist.

Re: Tabaluga's 2.0

sometimes I seem to have most 'energy' after midnight @GezzaP my paternal Grandfather had a bakery , maybe got it from him ha ha. He was also a butcher and as a cook on a Kaiserlichemarine ship in WWI . Dad said in the Depression his father would send him and siblings eldest would have been under 10years, to try and collect payment for bread people had got on the 'tick'.

Re: Tabaluga's 2.0

fridge sites have dimensions @GezzaP also some new-fangled 'hybrid' thingo where freezer can double as fridge ha ha and use next to no power. I could get half a sheep lol (cheap here. local) ..maybe I should get a sheep to clean up my back yard lol

I’m asleep by 8pm most nights hate it when Crows play at night and they will have had 3 in a row after this week @TAB . If I’m awake after midnight except for a quick trip to the loo I get worried about my bipolar. Sleep is vital for my mh. Just had lunch. Checking emails and facebook.
