I have learnt to live with it @SmilingGecko . Still have trouble with the spending but am working on it. As long as I sleep I’m ok. Have been sleeping well for over a year. Glad to hear you are ok. I have accepted the fact that I’ll be on meds forever. Helper has left now. We had a cold drink together when he finished the cleaning. He has filled green waste bin will probably have to ask neighbour to put out as probably too heavy for me.

@GezzaP I have been on this same psych med close to 30 years. Once youve been on it for any length of time its almost impossible to come off it without dangerous and troubling reactions. Many people have tried though. You only have to read what goes wrong on twitter. The meds knock me out though to sleep as I've been a chronic insomniac all my life

I’ve been on my meds over 30 years @SmilingGecko . No thoughts of coming off them. They work most of the time. Have mild episodes sometimes. Just got to keep working on stopping spending. I sleep ok. Won’t have tea tonight as lunch was big. Puss outside today because helper was here she usually hides from him. Feeling a bit restless. Thinking of filling up car tomorrow.

@GezzaP
May as well fill the car up before the prices get even worse!
Filled the work van today. Cost $40 more than what it normally takes. And that wasn't even an empty tank. Runs diesel, so pricier than petrol, but yeah...

@GezzaP did read we are heading into a recession that is going to be worse than the Global Financial Crash - that plus oil prices is going to make cost of living difficult with transport, gas appliances, transportation and food. Is made me mindful of how I can cut back. We have also have WWIII brewing
