Hey @Bunniekins no Big Boss here , hurt knee, after doing my head in last 3 days about resting and not going to gym or turning up and hoping for best

Finally gave myself the week off. Made up an excuse for admin so doesn't look like Igot injured there. maybe not a good look for physio. (me being nuts) ok old crocks break. and i broke. end of . lol
