Went to woodworking expo yesterday. Came home with a Pull Saw $24.
Caught up with woodworking friends.
Work tomorrow.

Hello @TAB @GezzaP @StuF I just did something yesterday that you dont do if you have diabetes. Used a pumice on my feet. Spoke to nurse on call last night and was out to see the doctor today. No redness swelling or heat. Will see my regular GP in a few days just to follow up. Didnt have a nice night last night with didnt get off to bed until midnight. Anyway my feet have been checked over so all good. The buses out this way on a Sunday go every 20 minutes now. I dont know if it was always like that was under the impression it was hourly. Well did not have to catch a taxi. Liver detox going well using Rife. Have more energy and feel lighter. Will keep doing it. Hope you are all well in Tabaluga-Land. Having sweet potato pizza for dinner. Its a bit late to cook it now so it will be dinner at dinnertime again

@SmilingGecko think I got cellulitis using pumice stone. Cracked heels and mould on nails can cause it as well

@GezzaP Thats good about the election. I've been trying to find Paulines comments about the One Nation election scandal. May go to her Please Explain You Tube channel to check it out. Yeah feet doing well so far, wont be doing that again. Loving the liver detox Rife frequencies. I have more energy. Will keep up with it to see how much more I can detox. Might do the 3 : 6 : 9 protocol I read out of a book. Just threw something in my mini oven for lunch. Enjoy the football GezzaP. I could never get into it but I understand folks are real diehard fans.
