@GezzaP Good Morning! Youre out voting today! Sorry your team did not win last night. Very discouraging. Just caught taxi to the postal depot. Depot was full of people but got seen quickly. All my undelivered mail gets sent to this depot in the middle of nowhere. Dont know how to fix that. I might ring Auspost and get it changed if its possible. I was on my Auspost portal the other day and they have parcel lockers but I would just prefer if my letters get sent to the post office. Its really annoying. I may look into it further. Will speak to someone at Auspost next week and see what they say. Just making my morning smoothie now and will tackle the kitchen because its a mess lol

@SmilingGecko a few years ago, I used to get mail just sent to c/o PO wherever you live , was free then I think.

ive got PO box now , but thats around $170/yr, but they keep all my mail there, even if have to get it sent to street address.supposed to charge for it, but asked and they did it free

dodgy people at end of street walk past my place at all hours. throw rubbish into front yard etc. best not to get IDstolen re letter box

@TAB That is really disconcerting about your neighbours. I hardly ever have to go to this depot but will have to make some decision TAB. Just had my lovely smoothie. Got to soak feet today. Giving myself a pedicure. Am really happy with liver detox. I had that book by Sandra Cabott in the 1990's, I followed another naturopath who wrote a book on liver detox that was available at the healthfood store. So will do Rife for now seems to be working. Felt queezy the other day after doing it but its settled. So will do it consistently for several weeks and see how I go. Looks like were headed for something worse that the Global Financial Crisis. Just saw it in The Herald Sun.

yes not good re economy maybe US will fix their system so it cannot happen again. @SmilingGecko that's good re feet. i did a while ago. been to chemist go milk I forgot before and got fresh cat meat only to see had plenty in freezer already, some was in dift spot/buried . oh well.

yeah all done. chemist spoiled me, did extra script while waiting (ok dropped 4 offyest afternoon when no pharmacist on.

spent like $160 this morning, maybe $4 was 'waste' ie chocolate lol .rest was needed. ok got chemist only gut meds nonprescription and vein cream and 5 scripts near $100 at chemist alone @GezzaP hip seized going backto supermarket, was wondering how I would make it to the fridge at backof shop for milk. yay

@TAB I got a delivery of bulk mince yesterday. It will keep me going for awhile. At least kitty cat is all covered for you. You could portion and freeze and defrost for kitty cat as needed. I'm wondering about reapplying for a taxi voucher and/or going to council to get a volunteer driver to drive me to appointments. I think I may have mentioned it but got to start making some moves in that direction. Just cant afford the costs.I hardly do taxis unless its an appointment but just cant meet the expense. Anyway doing feet now

I might ring woolies. seen a woolies van here (30ks from shop) before then today someone in fb group said get deliveries 60ks away . guess am there half the time with psych and physio, should shop while there.
