@GezzaP always a nice thing to do. What are you doing for the rest of the day before the footy match? I'm soaking my feet for now. I thoroughly enjoyed the presentation today on Zoom! The woman I follow is very talented and shares lots of wonderful information. She has her day under the sun. Theres nobody I've ever met quite like her. Anyway its made me pause and think about a lot of things. She is highly worthy of other peoples sincere interest and investment

Glad you enjoyed your zoom presentation @SmilingGecko . Not doing much rest of day. Spanish lessons and mid-afternoon if dry will bring washing in. Need clean clothes for tomorrow as I’ll shower and go out mid-morning to vote. What’s for lunch today?

not unusual for knees to click during exercise. especially at first
this was more of a bang than a click and felt sore straight away
no none of us are going to be mountain climbers but I’m glad I’m not the only one who dreams the impossible ……..
