@GezzaP so they dont hook you up to all types of gadgets just a watch these days. Sleep studies are the same you dont need to sleep overnight in a room being monitored at night at a hospital.

Heres where I saw it regarding food prices

The Australian government has released 760 million litres of petrol and diesel from its national reserves—equivalent to about six days’ worth of petrol and five days’ worth of diesel—to address severe fuel shortages and rising prices driven by the war in the Middle East.

Energy Minister Chris Bowen authorized the release, with priority given to regional areas experiencing the most acute shortages. This move comes as petrol prices have surged past $2.20 per litre and diesel above $2.60 per litre, with some locations reporting prices as high as $3 per litre.

Despite the reserve release, farmers remain deeply concerned. National Farmers Federation president Hamish McIntyre warned that ongoing fuel and fertiliser cost spikes could lead to reduced crop production, potentially pushing food prices up by as much as 50%. Farmers are already struggling with depleted fuel stocks and disrupted supply chains, particularly due to the closure of the Strait of Hormuz, which cuts off two-thirds of Australia’s fertiliser imports.

In response, the government has also temporarily lowered fuel quality standards to allow higher-sulphur fuel (up to 50 ppm) for 60 days, adding about 100 million litres per month to the supply. However, critics argue Australia’s fuel security remains fragile, with only 36 days of petrol and 32 days of diesel in reserve—well below the International Energy Agency’s recommended 90-day minimum.

State governments are taking action: NSW is using emergency powers to direct supply and monitoring pricing via the FuelCheck app, while Victoria has introduced a maximum daily price cap at pumps. The ACCC is investigating potential price gouging and anti-competitive behaviour.

what happens when leader of the most powerful country in world is a psychopath paedophile child killer who married a prostitute simply ignores checks and balances

Re: Tabaluga's 2.0

That gadget sounds pretty cool. I hope these people can do something for you @GezzaP it would be good to get the BP down so you can feel better. I'm just cooking lunch. Oh well I've got food.

@TAB the USA just like going around countries to extract resources from them. Its going to be a difficult year this year, lots of people with food insecurity. I'm going to join a local exchange trading system (LETS) to keep my costs down if it comes to having to trade things. Cant afford lawnmower man I dont think anymore
