tiny bit of rain here @GezzaP my front yard is a row of overgrown bushes of some herb, giant rosebushes,tree sized oleander, couple willows and patch of succulents. not much of lawn left,its mostly self seeded native groundcover now. I might water it a few times a year outside of summer. got bushes down backof yard never watered ever in 3 years despite 40degs 5 days in row multiple times. I water citrus saplings 2x week maybe.

dont want to go to gym ..again. feel crap. throat thing has come back with a vengeance as well.Mind over matter today. want to do some shopping while in 'bigtown' and vote

also post office here as think my amplifier is here lol also ordered a baby 6inch shifter fm repco , well cos I want one, plus sick of looking for one that is bit too big (for gas cylinders)

also rope to help remove tree banch that fell on fence down the back. industrial supplies place sells stuff like that by the metre. its fun to go pick what you want and they reel it out, measuring it off by marks on the floor.like going to hardware shop as a kid and getting nails they used to scoop from carboard box and weigh up lol

more supposed to be coming like 10am-4pm all dark and ground is wet anyways so is washing I left on line from 2days ago and had car windows open a crack for 35deg yest haha

Bummer about washing @TAB . you’ll just have to leave it out. Hope car isn’t too wet. My car is in the garage. Loving this cooler weather. Also nice not to have to water garden. Hope your day is ok.

oh car seemed fine, few drops inside maybe @GezzaP yeah not got around to carport/garage here , hate what being out in weather does to car

guess I have to decide what am doing in backyard before putting carport in drive cos then access could be a problem. I do need a shed of some description for garden stuff ok at least

Good Morning @GezzaP I set a morning alarm on my phone. I usually wake up very early. What about an alarm on your clock? Did you sleep through an alarm? I'm pretty much a morning person I like waking up and enjoying the early hours before sunrise. About to do weights then rebounding. Got back into Louis Kuhne sitz derivative baths and doing lots of elimination of fats with it. It creates movement and fiction in the fascia and empties fat and toxins into the intestinal tract for elimination. So you can lose weight with it, its a passive method for weightloss
