When I decide to do something I do it @MissGremlin . Got medical appts this week to get up for too. They’re putting a blood pressure monitor on me. I have very high blood pressure even though I take 3 meds for it.

@GezzaP that sounds frustrating, especially if the medications aren't doing their job. Hope the appointments go ok and they can get on top of your blood pressure.

Good on you @GezzaP I wish I had your motivation. But once I have built up the strength in my legs and back, I am sure my motivation will come back, as I will be able to do things and go for walks etc.
I bet you are happy about the Crows win last night.
