@TAB s well you know you can always sing out to me during the night as i am on and off all night long lol. im good going to see mum today. miss her terribly tbh. have bad feeling re her health she is so fragile but omg does she have a keen mind.

@TAB s well guess what?? i have found lymphodema exercises on you tube and they are good and gentle. i am going to do them every day to help with my lack of mobility. will you do them too? hugs and hugs TABs it will all be okay in the end. you are coping with so much but it will get betterxx

ive got to see dr think blood clots or cellulitis one of my feet really bad usually goes away but its not @Bunniekins

been hoping swelling would go down and taking my temperature lol yes best to do something soon @Bunniekins thanks. it used to go up and down,not been down since cant remember
