..I filled car up last nite after driving around aimlessly (took wrong turn and went wrong way on trip done many times before), ended up taking left at intersection used to take right and went on road and thru tiny town never seen before ha ha. Drove past pub in next town were like 6-8 peeps on footpath wdrinks and cigs, one of them looked like owner fm fb page

yeah I was a bit spaced out hey .. there's like 6 dift road exits to small town, which I could be excused for stuffing up 3 years ago, but not now, plus tookme like 10ks to realise it ..away withthe fairies.Igo to regional city 2x/wk thats min 120ks, but drive to shop like 1km away which really wastes fuel. I was just paranoid. However, if no petrol here, would take some major re-organisation. yeah my upper back been ok lately , feels like slept on my head last nite ok like I didnt move for 5 or so hours . got cold too, but not enough to wake me, just to make me stiff

Went to chemist only to fing out script run out so have phone appt with GP Thurs can’t afford that really @TAB . About to call psych to cancel appts. I know all sbout brain fog.
