@SmilingGecko does tapping require any particular rhythym or just same as when using it for regulating overwhelm? both at same time or one then other i guess how hard depends on individual i just poked my left spot and felt like i had a bruise there

Just tried a new meditation audio which took me to even more deeper and relaxed states of consciousness. Was getting bored with theta brainwaves and my meditation pyramid was packed away due to poor construction. Was so glad I came across this recording. I have never felt so calm and serene in quite a while.

Winning big cenno folks .. got annual pension card rebate on community sewage scheme yes.Bill is hidden inside Rates,so for $234 segment of rates, they gave me $190 lol

Thats a bonus @TAB I've decided to contact the council for their volunteer driver service. I've paid my rates for years and getting nothing back on it apart from bins collection and the local library service. I'm applying to the council to get someone to drive me to essential appointments for the time being. I'm just tired of shelling out money for rates and not getting anything back. I have tried using taxis in the past but so expensive and was denied a taxi discount card because they did not recognise CFS. Stupid!
