yair dude who gave me speakers used to have a Retravision @Bill16 I got an onkyo amp and wharfedale speakers ,used with other components already had
was dud model good sound but dicky remote control . after a fewyears it would change inputs midsong, drove me nuts. ended up selling for sfa, would have been steal if could fix or disable remote servos it weighed like 20kg ie really good well made amp with decent heatsinks
cant afford stuff like that these days. speakers werent right for it ,sister borrowed it when at her place ,nephew replaced half the speakers were like 8 inchx4 need 10 , 12, 15 inch speakers to handle some vol. ....ha ha speakers were retail like $1200 30 years ago ,amp not much dift .one got today $400 its a steal

Sometimes you’re better off taking the dog for a walk.
To paraphrase one of @MissGremlin ’s posts, If you brushed your teeth, you’re doing well.
For me, doing is better than thinking.
But a day in my pjs watching sci-fi is good. The brain 🧠 needs rest days.

I bought these from Shein they are so cheap they are shown as tea towels but they are sponges.
I bought a tee shirt that says swearing helps. I got it in 3xl and very large for me.
