Good Morning @TAB strained my back due to arthritis am not in agony like other times. Hope it does not get any worse. A bit stiff but only slight pain. Can get up and down from seated position and move around in bed ok. Back just a bit weak. Had 10 hours of glorious sleep though. I love my tuning forks and acupressure for insomnia. It works a treat. Cat is curled up in her blanket fort - a pile of laundry on the floor and clothes hanging from jumbo clothes horse. Its her hideaway spot! Havent checked the news or weather yet. We have Moomba long weekend here in Melbourne

@TAB I thought the long weekend started Friday I skipped an acupuncture appt by mistake and did not check my phone confirmation details. The holiday is on Monday. Cleaning up kitchen today
