very good @Meowmy ha yeah the Fab four ..lol .. no nap here today, tried before, too late now, maybe will watch videos and try and stay up to 8pm lol, well only 3.5hrs to go. ust hard boiled some eggs, been buying too many. cheap protein source , think they make me f@t tho,prob extra c@ls

Tina Arena has just partnered with some musicians to release a song to promote blood donation after a near fatal health kidney condition she had in 2023. Its not an original track but a rendition from the USA singer songwriter Sia. I saw it in the online Womens Weekly Magazine. Its a lovely interpretation of the original
