It wasn’t that bad at 5am. By Lunchtime I was a cooked Tomaatti 🍅
This is when I miss the coast the most. But doing hard physical work gets the endorphins going.
😆 pushing a wheelbarrow uphill from the middle paddock. I had to stop twice to catch my breath 🤣

@ENKELI ran out side heard cats fighting.. normally that means fight to submission/injury and me coming out means 2 cats chasing each other across the street.
Post -op von Farken let cat go and came and said hello. he was playing 5 mins later
usually in search and destroy mode now lol

Watched 3 eps of Elementary today
Ok had to sign up after ran out of handful of free ones on abc. It's on Apple 7 season $13 month plus day trial. First season 23 eps. So could be like 100+ lol prob watch a few a day. See how I go sleep😴💤🛏

@StuF about your old friend, during mercury retrogrades people tend turn up from your past. I used to have the same thing happen to me during mercury retrogrades - astrologers say its what you can expect. We are now in mercury retrograde. Sounds like you made a good decision moving away from this man if he was not good for your wellbeing. 30 years is a long time I would suggest he had some kind of an agenda going on. All in all you were able to decline his invitation without repercussions or getting unnecessarily hurt in the process. We have to be brave enough to say no even if we fear what the other person may do as a consequence. If i have a negative encounter with someone I use a qigong technique of standing with my arms straight up in the air and whooshing them down in front of me and keep repeating it until its out of my aura. I usually feel better afterwards. It gets rid of the other persons energy very effectively ❤️
