Don't take this the wrong way @ENKELI ...but my grandmother had one of those a/c units put in...well, a bloody long time ago, when it was out of the norm...
Anyway, good luck with the completion of the units!

@SmilingGecko @TAB just a heads up - saying complaint and mentioning a "known service" such as TAFE is taboo on the forums. I just got an email stating breach of guidelines because I made a comment about a "known service" claiming my dad owed them money. (It wasn't a complaint it was a staement of fact) Hope you don't get the same thing happen!
