@SmilingGecko Just got a phone call to have blood pressure monitor put on for 24 hours had that test some years back. They did a bunch of tests but couldn’t find anything wrong. Now more tests again. It is a pain have to go in the morning 2 days running later this month. Hoping my helper can take me. I’ll have to ask him. Yes Iran, Saudi Arabia and Afghanistan bad for women. Just had lunch. Waiting to get paid and for washing to dry. If I get paid before 3 I’ll see if my friend is available for belated birthday drinks. Hope you got a walk.

@AuntGlow I'm messing around with tuning forks, clearing my chakras and biofield with them. Checked out a modality called Acutonics which uses a more comprehensive set of tuning forks and indepth curriculum to heal the body. Would love to look into Acutonics some more!

Its been a quiet day @StuF It looks overcast now. My clothes are on the line drying and kitty cat is sitting on a pile of leaves.

I eat a bit of fat not a huge amount @SmilingGecko . My dad had high blood pressure too. I inherited that. I inherited a lot from him except my bipolar I got that from mum. Just brought my washing in it was dry thanks to a strong breeze here and sun today. Nice and cool here today. Wish they’d hurry up and pay me.
