@GezzaP just had a big salad for lunch, easy to prepare minimal fuss. Am about to leave in an hour and get my last round of acupuncture, thought I'd play it safe and use up my quota of acupuncture with this other bulk billing GP that does it. Havent been following the latest with Cuba. I was going to mention something to you but the thought escapes me now. Oh well I might think of it again. Oh yes, that Advance right wing group you said. I received something from The Get Up campaign about it. They had a big conference in Sydney last week. I read some of their ideologies using AI as I dont have a news subscription with the major news outlets anymore. Got to update my library card so I can read the news properly. Have been using AI to read the news using article headlines from The Age

Worked this morning. Finished an hour early which was cool. Not sure what doing for the rest of the day...a nap seems a good idea!
