@TAB i woke up at 2am and haven't been able to go back to sleep. I only dozed off at 1am. It's going to be a long day. Hope you can get some sleep in during the day.

Had to be done tho and gym should be bit easier now.

was/am on really toxic heart meds last 2 yrs

cos how operation went so far am on 1/4 dose and can stop altogether after 3mths.

that was reallymy main goal to get off that junk

feet should get better eventually

need more water and to look after them better

still desperately need to drop kegs tho

going to have to work out what New Tab is and what they want to do with rest of Life

as well. thinking big motorbike hahaha

its inbetween weather here @MissGremlin very uncomfortable .was trying not to use a/c , but too humid

its 23deg 6am, bad enough, but 'feels like' is 28 cos 96% humidity ha ha lol

@Bunniekins am sweating after cleaning airfryer and cat dishes pathetic ha aha

@TAB s is impossible to do the smallest of things when the humidity is that high you are doing well coping x

@TAB @Bunniekins being in the caravan with all this heat has not been pleasant. When it gets to the hottest part of the day, the overload switch kicks in and turns everything off. So it is a matter of keep turning it back on, or wait inside until it cools down a bit, and then flick the switch back on.

,,no point in sitting inside house rest of my life watching tv, wondering wat neighbors up to, eating and worrying get feet cut off or whatever ..

as junkie old mate f. used to share house with neear 20 years ago used to say ..'eff it to Life instead of Life effing it to You.." ha ha lol 😎 @Bunniekins
