very good re work @Meowmy I slept like the dead last time, not sure how long ok 4 hours lol

..yeah , about 4hours worth re more sleep lol. got stuck in a nightmare was on job site with no work clothes , had to sneak past gate, nowhere to stay etc turned into trying to get through a couple weeks for the money before ran away. Was nothing to do like 20 years ago when nickel price 10x as high just talk to bozos and pretend to try and fit in . oh wait , been there, done that. Does that mean I have PTSD ?

got text to make endocrinologist appt,15 Dec, cos cancellation they said. so not where I was in 'triage' ..urgent,sort of urgent? guess wasnt February like some in past lol

bloody appt in peak hour traffic on arterial rd not far fm city ffs may leave car somewhere easy and get uber or bus. ok I seem to remember theres a Kmart and shopping centre few k's down the road, has massive car park yes , just got up on maps thats do-able then ust have to put up w traffic on main road out for like 45 mins til thins out
