I slept ok @SmilingGecko and I slept in. Gut has settled down but didn’t go to toilet and don’t feel the urge anymore. Still humid here just shut house but it is overcast so roller shutters not down. Letting a bit of light in. Hoping for more rain so it might cool down like it usually does here when it rains. Doing Spanish. My footy team is playing a practice game this evening so I’ll watch at least some of that.

My gut has settled @TAB . Didn’t go to toilet though maybe later. Glad your gut has settled now. Just shut house. It’s 22 but feels like 26. My team plays a practice game this evening so I’ll watch that. Late breakfast today. At least we had some rain and I didn’t have to water garden.
