Hello @TAB how are you? Might go and do a sound meridian audio to balance the meridians in my body and do a five elements balancing audio. Today has really morphed into nothingness with things the way they are with back pain. Did check out someone I follow in the UFO community talk about how to merge with our rainbow body. He gets visitations from E.T.'s and non physical entities. I think I will hang out with his you tube channel a lot more and maybe learn something
