Sounds like it @GezzaP I certainly hope you can make some headway with your mystery high blood pressure. After reading about your collapses I think it would be good if something was done for you with a measure of urgency. I think you have a cast iron gut but that does not diminish the challenges you have to face in the day to day with these health anomalies that wont ease up for you.

My father had very high blood pressure @SmilingGecko . So I inherited it from him probably. Got the mi from mum. But both my parents had mi. So I guess it’s unsurprising that I’ve got it. I also have low salt levels. I have to take salt tablets. Oh well just guess I’m weird.

When my back is ok I do yoga and walk @TAB . Doesn’t seem to lower blood pressure. My dad had high blood pressure and he was very fit so I guess I inherited it. Got mi from mum. Bad genes. Also have to take salt supplement as mine is low. Yep I’m weird.

@GezzaP I have high bp so youre not alone. I was trialled on another med last year that made me so ill I could barely do household tasks. I elected not to take it and instead try something else. I got it from dad, so i inherited it from him. Neither of my parents had MI.

I was on a different med before that worked for years on bp @SmilingGecko but when my bp went up and GP upped meds I had a reaction so she changed meds but they’re not working. She referred me to a bp specialist so I’m waiting on that. Who knows. Both my parents had mi so not surprising I have. Family has lots of it. So I wait who knows how long. Been waiting years to see a dermatologist about a rash on my chest.

@GezzaP very disconcerting public waiting lists. I'm so sorry that has happened to you. I can understand how you must feel GezzaP. I now know how long I would have to wait to see someone now. That paw paw cream has almost cleared my heat rash, its taken several days but its going away. I used it on a burn a month ago and it prevented my burn from being infected. Its like a thick jelly, a little goes a long way. Its really wonderful.
