@GezzaP Well hopefully you get the support you need from a clinician. He sounds interested in what you have to say. One of the hardest things to do is to go over your old case history with a new professional. Mental Health sector can be a bit like that with clinicians leaving all the time. The last psychiatrist I saw was around the pandemic. I wasn't all together happy with her in the end, she was bankrolling medicare. I told her I. went in there with the express purpose of coming off my meds and being put on a new med. After she got her quota of medicare visits she finally told me that being on my med for that long was almost impossible to come off. So she wasted my time as well as ripping off medicare. Never went back

I like my psychiatrist @SmilingGecko . She puts my bills through to medicare and allows me to have some control over my meds. Psychologist seems nice and bonus he is Spanish. I just had lunch. It’s starting to warm up here but still quite windy so still got place open so far. We will see for how much longer. Back aches a bit but better than yesterday. Hope your day is going ok and you get to walk today. Did it rain yesterday? We badly need rain. It’s supposed to rain Fri and Sat,

@GezzaP just back from a walk. Not feeling hungry may eat later. Was a brisk walk. The mitochondrial regenesis audio helps me to walk faster and not tire. If I dont listen to it I struggle walking. Something to do with my meds destroying mitochondria and mitochondrial function. Anyway got another walk down at a fast pace. It was light rain through here yesterday but some parts of Melbourne were flooded. Plenty of rolling thunder and cloud cover but little or no rain.

My back doesn’t like walking much anymore @SmilingGecko . I used to walk a lot and quite fast not anymore. I have just shut the house up. Started to get warm. Back feels better today. See how it goes over next few days. Hopefully continues to improve.

Re: Tabaluga's 2.0

@GezzaP Yes you got to listen to your body and only do what you can. Many of these psych meds caused me severe health problems. At one stage I was bedridden for years on a depot injection. I only had 3 hours to the day from 9am to 12pm where I did a few small manageable things but spent the day in bed as the depot exhausted me beyond measure. I was in a daily state of exhaustion. I was sleeping away most of my life in my 30s and could barely make my way around the house. I also experienced hate crime. When we had internet dialup I would consume all the health information on curezone.com, a health advocates site anything I could to get well. I had to literally raise myself from the dead all those years. Now I have some measure of health. Its still fiddly with the inputs involved but I do much better for myself these days. I'm envious of people with vibrant health, who have the vitality and ability to get around. I'm just grateful for any piece of health I do have these days. The most precious thing you can ever have is H-E-A-L-T-H!

Re: Tabaluga's 2.0

Ou bummer about psych @TAB . I can understand why you didn’t feel like shopping afterwards. Not so easy to give up the smokes. I’ve been smoking for decades. I know it’s bad but just can’t seem to get off them. At least my mi is stable atm. Had to close house getting too warm outside and wind that kept it cool all morning has calmed down. Puss is having an indoor day today. She’s been asleep on her armchair for hours,
