@GezzaP Just watching some of the news coming out of Mexico from the ground. Theres a couple of people I follow online who are currently stuck there. I hope your back will be ok, if chiro works than thats good. Was going to go for a walk but we had thunder and some light rain, may just stay at home tonight.

@PeppiPatty weight loss drugs like the one you mentioned only cost a dollar to make and are inflated at a huge profit margin. Pharmaceuticals see you as a revenue stream from cradle to the grave. I've seen many news reports about people getting incredibly sick on it. I had an old friend I used to know who has a facebook channel and is taking a class action against one of these companies because it permanently damaged her health. She is now seriously ill because of one of these weightloss drugs. She is not alone there are many people like her. Dont take it from me, do your research and make up your own mind. Just letting you know what I've surmised so far...

Yes @SmilingGecko I have been following the news out of Mexico. Has made the radio here. Was on radio national breakfast this morning. I followed Spanish news too. My Argentine friend sent me some coverage. Sounds messy. No sign of rain here today but we’re supposedly getting a lot at the end of this week. Back is ok at the moment. Too warm for a walk here. Shame you miss out on your walk.

Back ok now @PeppyPatti . Hoping I sleep on my back tonight and it is better tomorrow. Will go to lie down soon. I sleep a lot with all my meds. Hope you have a good evening. I don’t get many headaches now I’m through menopause.
