Hello @GezzaP 23 degrees here and light rain. Cant dry blanket, weather forecast indicated rain only in the afternoon well its allready raining. Grateful for rain but yes I've had enough of summer. Did weights this morning, got extra weights routine in addition to what I already do. Rebounder now

Hello @Bunniekins going to kick my tired body out the door and go for a walk soon. Not up for it. Oh well. Cat is indoors she didnt like the rain.

Thanks @GezzaP my lawns need rain. Got to get guttering clean on the roof. It was nice walking out there in the crisp mild weather with a light breeze. Am cooking lunch now. Having a baked cauliflower salad. I think my cats name Soleil is really apt as she loves sunning herself in hot weather. Shes a lovely cat. I think she will be indoors with me over the cooler months now

Hello @StuF just let the cat out again. Its quite humid now. Glad I only wore something light when walking. How is your day so far? Just cooking lunch here under the influence of @GezzaP then will go and have a siesta. No news really. Same old, same old thing

My garden and new seeds really need rain but don’t think we’ll get much more @SmilingGecko . It is sticky and warm outside. Not much breeze. Puss still inside asleep on her arm chair. I just had lunch. Stir fry Chinese veggies I buy them frozen. At least it’s not stinking hot. Glad you enjoyed your walk.

@PeppyPatti as you are probably already aware, being low in iron will definitely make you tired. How long are you supposed to be on them for?

@GezzaP Yeah something to do with La Nina and El Nino over the coming months. The bureau said we would not have much rain this year but we got to get through autumn to get a correct assessment of rain or not.
