..you know me too well @ENKELI I am a Cat of many afflictions, 2 being the worst for heartie heartheart :drinking (alcoholic)and weight(eat like a pig). There are about like 4 critical periods for procedure to 'stick' and be successful . 24hrs, 72 hrs ,well, 8 weeks and 3 months. During this period it is easier for heart to go back out of rhythm. so - o, I decided it would be a bit of a waste if I were to drink after med staff hard work and mess it up. So will not be drinking for pre-determined amt of time. Hopefully this will make a difference on the scales as well.
..apart from all that , am so glad getting off toxic heart meds been on for years. when chasing down chronic cough, a GPcasually mentioned that amongst heart med's side effects was 'scarring of lungs' that was as well as wrecking kidneys, etc etc
I parroted this to nursing staff who looked at me like I was mad. Well who's mad now, effers ???... I actually got off a med and it was not replaced. this is a first in like 5 years ba ha ha lol

@SmilingGecko I'm really happy to hear your methods are helping you, it's always a win when we find something that works for us and isn't detrimental to our long term health.
You must be so happy!

@ENKELI @I feel I dunno but I feel we actually intuitively get each other here.
I’v now heard : this is the gossip - my step mother’s lawyer tried to telephone my oldest brother because the Boston lawyer doesn’t want to deal with my people here in Perth or pay them.
problem is is that my brother 60 years old is in the middle of getting sacked from being an acting dean of a University in NSW. I hope my brother hangs up on him because he doesn’t want to pay my people’s fees and stop my inheritance just like the lawyer of a trust fund will do.
so @ENKELI girl yep, me @Glisten , @Cuddlebear @Appleblossom etc, @SmilingGecko @TAB @Mustang67 etc did I write @StuF @Bunniekins
iv noticed : even though I got that operation and lost an incredible 30 I eat a LOT when I get stressed. I eat all of Mr Rockers chocolate and I can be ……… um……. Without putting myself down I can get nasty.
so I got it.When need to chuck all this food in my mouth. I realised it was our group need.

@TAB yeah, much as I would like to drink a bottle of vodka and smoke a pack of cigs, I have seen the damage it has done so had to give it up. Mum has emphysema from smoking, the old man died from COPD which was partly related to long term smoking, and drinking raised my iron levels so high that I had to give blood once a week to get the iron down.
I don't mind needles but I have the scars of a junkie on the inside of my elbow!
Now it's give up the sugar.
Makes you feel like giving the finger to the nursing staff doesn't it?! Lol, madder fackers!

@PeppyPatti dang lawyers. I can't wait until I can say don't let the door hit ya where the Good Lord split ya to this numpty I'm dealing with. Arrogant piece of work. Doesn't feel the need to answer me or get in contact with me.
I told my brother my moods these days vary - from bawling my eyes out and being sad to wanting to rip the heads off teddy bears. Whenever I think of Numpty the Lawyer, let's just say I don't feel like bawling and can picture him as a teddy bear.
I have to cut out sugar. Ever since I was put on diabetes medication I crave sugar like a junkie. It's awful. I'll have a bowl of weet-bix at midnight if I am still awake to satisfy my cravings.
So if anyone has any sugar substitutes that don't taste like crap I'm all ears...eyes...everything!

I wouldn't swap places with staff. Some are nicer some are not. I would want to have to deal with what they do. But yeah, feckers as Mrs Brown would say lol @ENKELI oh and pharmacist was Wrong about meds ha ha
