@TAB I just have an online subscription with The Age, have you thought of an online subscription before? Everything is in realtime and you get up to the minute notifications. I'm sorry you had that encounter today, the retailer doesn't know your situation. I had a problem with a postman once I don't know how we got into a conversation or why but something came up about me not working and I said I had disabilities and he said: "You look well enough to me" in a nasty tone as if I was a dole bludger ripping off the system.

I don't drive a car so it doesn't affect me but people I know of online who do preparedness just settle for a trusty car with no frills @REDLINEZ750

oh, I read lots online,pay some money to like 3dift aust sites. I did cancel it. Just means not obligated to get papers if not in mood. saved $3/pack on fresh petfood and deodorant I wanted was $5.30 cheaper at chemist than supermarket ha ha

@TAB I used to be with both Herald Sun and The Age and decided to stop my subscription with The Herald to cut corners a bit. Thats great you scored some discount stuff. As for postman I've put up with a lot of attitudes over the years. My disabilities have made me more understanding and compassionate in a world where there used to be little of that around the place.

@StuF maybe just rest up a bit today and relax. My energy has been ebbing and flowing the past few days. You probably just need a bit more self care and not place unnecessary demands on yourself. I was telling TAB I did a bit of yoga today and I felt better. I don't know what your self care strategies are. I'm about to go off and do some loving kindness meditation. I do it most days. The energy it produces makes me feel good. Take care x
