am off to outer northern Adelaide again today. no early start. first appt 2pm. Having echo test again and seeing cardiologist (who didnt do procedure). since op my pulse dropped around 30bpm as no more 'false' heartbeats.

line on monitor was all fuzzy, as it was when first tried oximeter at home.now seems defined, regular and still like 70bpm resting.

• first 24 hrs critical ✔️
• first 72 hrs critical ✔️
• now going for 8 weeks
• then 3 months

idea being, if am good for first 3mths way more chance of success, than say if I did everything wrong for 3 mths then tried to catch it back up in months 3-6. Too Late. Damage done.
