Good you are resting @TAB . I haven’t showered today. Haven’t been anywhere. Will shower tomorrow. We’ve got a chance of showers tomorrow. I hope so we could use it. Garden would love it. Tomato plants finished need to be removed. I have asked my helper to come Weds. Haven’t heard from him yet. He would be suffering. His place is really hot, i turned air on an hour ago. Tried turning it off but was too hot turned it back on.

Hello @GezzaP just listened to a podcast and did some 4-4-8 & metta meditation. Ive got to go to the library to get a new library card as my other one expired so i can read the newspaper and magazines online. I worked out what the extra sum on my water bill was - an annual parks water charge so it was an anomaly. Did weights this morning again cant begin to say how good it feels to get up in the morning and use dumbells to geg strength in my muscles

Fair enough @TAB . Tomatoes finished need to come out and plant a late crop. Going out to bring cat in then start getting ready for bed. Need to rest my back.
