@StuF good morning StuF is raining here and has been all night. my mum lives in northern sydney and it never rains where she is which is so weird. well you know i am in the blue mountains in Leura. in a lil weatherboard cottage 🙂 . am sitting on the verandah sipping on my mug of cold coffee. have a wonderful day. love bun x

Hello @GezzaP I slept 6 hours last night and am feeling more recovered after several years of living hell. Since having diabetes I have been hibernating with all kinds of other health problems playing up. I've now gained traction and am feeling better. I had my doubts over this ordeal ending but it has.

I learned a new breathwork technique called 4-4-7 it makes the aura strong. I used to listen to audios to make my aura strong or do a manual weave through my aura in the past but this 4-4-7 breathwork makes the aura glow with vibrant strength even to the untrained eye. Anyway its going to be 34 degrees today - a hot day. Am staying indoors with aircon on. Wondering what 4-4-7 can do for me. I felt a strong buffering effect. But it will take up to 6 weeks to notice larger impacts
