@ENKELI my health went bad on a depot psychiatrist gave me and it was downhill from there. Had exhaustion every day for 8years. After I got off depot had to raise myself from the dead. I have to throw everything I've got at health maintenance these days.

I will most likely be MIA for 4 days as of Thursday - tomorrow. My family is competing in TARMAC Car Rally.

I have a limited tolerance to the outside world. I went to a leisure centre [edited by moderator] yesterday for steam and sauna. Great facilities! One steam room that’s okish. One spa, but I don’t like being in human soup.

Three saunas with good air circulation. Good air circulation in a sauna is 1 of 3 most important factors for a sauna. Remember that then you purchase your sauna 😁

I did two rounds of 15 minute sauna and a steam.
I haven’t been to that complex in 13 years.

I’ve adapted to the quiet and space of being on open land. I think that’s why I struggle being in shopping centre

Right now I can hear the resident Ospreys trilling on the A-frame roof ridge. Looking for breakfast ☺️

And my life-long friend from Regional QLD just phoned me to shoot the shite.
