@StuF same here, pretty much the usual. money is tight though. everything is so expensive what can you do?? we got some rain overnight which was great. no rain atm..... are you? can you send it up my way please!

@SmilingGecko I showed them a bag of meds and was other otc hayfever thing fm cole and got questioned
They said taking my meds. So I said wat are you giving me? Oh now we are going to use yours
Asked for relief for throat they stared at me then said maybe some panadol
They never brought it. Had some in mybag

Yes the violence is bad my nearby hospital has a security guard @SmilingGecko . Just had lunch was hungry early so ate early. Are you eating your main meal at lunch time now? Is it working for you. I find it better not to eat much before going to bed especially as I normally go to bed early.

Doctor would need to authorise it @TAB im thinking. Theres always delays with getting medicines approved on psych wards at least So likely the same in other wards
