Yes you can @PeppyPatti just go for it! Its called living for yourself and creating the life you want. Just pick what you want to do and cultivate your life. Its easy. I had a couple of friends who were into the art of living so it rubbed off onto me.

As for your previous question you may want to check with your astrologer your wedding day. I followed when you got married and it was under a mercury retrograde as far as I could tell. If your relationship is difficult you could bring it up with your astrologer the wedding date and mercury retrograde

Its usually not auspicious to get married during a mercury retrograde. I wondered if you could remedy it by getting married again maybe cheaply in a registry office or something that may shift something astrologically for you as its a new date with a new energy.
