I need to vacuum the house @TAB. Get paid my disability pension tomorrow thankfully. So many food shortages when ordering online. Got a months supply of frozen fruit in bulk for my smoothies yesterday. Its hard to know when they get it in. Was under the impression they were no longer selling it but it appeared on their website yesterday.

@TAB vacuumed the house. A bit worn out. Will vacuum behind furniture tomorrow. This Bissell vaccuum I got off Amazon has suction that is incredible. I bought it during a sale. Cat didn't like it. Desperately meowing at the door and trying to claw her way out of an impossible situation. Darth Vadar lol

@TAB no more housework today. More tomorrow. I feel sorry for workers who only have a weekend to clean their house and do laundry. Well I guess I must be doing reasonably ok as it would have nearly been impossible to get NDIS as I don't have a regular psychiatrist. Its almost impossible getting NDIS and you have to jump through so many hoops with the application procedure.I did look into it and got some support from peers but it would have been a waste of time even trying. I just do a bit of housework each day. The Japanese philosophy of Kaizen is a wonderful way to harness goal completion and seems to sit well with me. I've been able to break down tasks into smaller action steps that are do-able

Hi @SmilingGecko
I hope you've had a good day. I had group this morning. I've been thinking it might be time to discharge from the group, but our regular facilitator returned from illness today and it was much better, so thinking will stick with it for now
