@TAB I hear ya regarding sleep. I spent up until 3.30 today flat on my back. Did my back in yesterday and took a couple of anti anxiety tablets that also work as muscle relaxants - you know the ones, very common. They made me sleep half the day but my back was better when I was able to get up. It was too hot to do anything else anyway so aside from a visit to Coles and the chemist I've been listening to music and trying to get enthusiastic about completing an assessment due tomorrow.

Hope you're feeling okay in the lead up to your op.

I am going to Zanthorrea to get another one, hoping it's more robust than the ones from Funnings. It's the 3rd roo paw from there that has not survived. I have 2 others that are doing okay, one is extremely healthy so I have no idea what their boggle is. Just stubborn maybe.

Nothing happening in the 'Vegas this weekend. I moved some heavy pots around last night and repotted some other plants...not a good idea as I have been flat on my back for most of the day. Duh.

MM chose today of all days to be clingy and snuggled into me as I lay on my side feeling sorry for myself. I would move and he'd move closer so in the end I gave up and let him try and suffocate me. He knows I'd give up my designer shoes and handbags for him.

I can't remember if I told you that I got notification from dad's lawyer that he's received the death certificate so will be in touch regarding dispersing the will. My sister has decided I am not allowed to have any of my dad's ashes as it is stated in his will that he wants them scattered on a property in NSW. She seems to think she's going to be the one to scatter the ashes so I threw a spanner in the works and told her that I would be the one to do it. Haven't heard back from her but there will be high hell to pay if she goes ahead and does it without me.

Sorry if I've already told you this all. I can't remember who I've spoken to and who I haven't. Gee I have SO many friends ha ha ha!! I'm actually happy with the amount I have xo

@GezzaP happy to hear your back is good today. I am the opposite and have been resting after moving some heavy plants yesterday. It's been too hot to do much anyway so aside from a quick trip to my chemist and Coles I have been resting.

ive managed to make it worse trying to relieve it. I was only parked near actual physio (not exercise) that hadnt been to for like a year as exercise physio was sorting kinks out with targetted exercise. well guess will have to go there if this doesnt settle

@TAB I have done the same thing before too. Back was not great so I rested and it made it worse. I have to go get an ultrasound and x-ray on my arm so I am hoping to do that and then get into physio for arm and back. Just waiting for the inheritance to drop into my account so I can pay for the physio.

Dad's lawyer emailed me to let me know he's received the death certificate and will call to get my bank details. I'm hoping it won't be too long now.

My half sister is being a (insert most offensive word you can think of here) at the moment so I hope her decisions as executor don't screw anything up. Otherwise I might end up in Bandyup being Catherine Birneys' girlfriend for a few years after being unChristian to my sister. JOKES people!
