Well i might turn this computer off. Nothing much to say just glad I did meridian tracing today, got into bad habits not doing every day. Feeling more composed, contented and happy. Will do some Taoist healing sounds before bed and some sleep energy practices for a good nights rest

@SmilingGecko I spent the day with mum, we catch up every few weeks and spend the day sharing news, jokes and picking apart the judges on the Block. It was a good day 😊
