Good Morning @TAB I had a good nights sleep last night. Just been doing morning detox and will go out for a walk soon for exercise. About to have a cup of combined herbal teas I put in fennel, lemonbalm and thyme with raw honey. The online tea place now has horsesmane tea which has high silica content which would be cheaper than buying a processed silica supp. Don't know if its contraindicated for me - will do more research if its safe to take.

Enjoy your sunday @TAB I have felt like sleeping in though I possibly have to tick a few easy tasks off my to-do list again today. So a slow start to the day. I just checked horsetail (got the name wrong before) is contraindicated with liver issues as well as kidney issues as its a diuretic. So I won't betaking it until I get my lab results organised specifically for NAFLD and kidney function. Will talk to my doctor about it but I'm not going to buy for now. Did hear a healer mention not to take silica while the rest of your body is ill

Hello @StuF just having a cuppa then heading off for a walk. Felt so sluggish this morning. Hope all is well in your world. Watching footy today? I don't know anything about football or when its on. I know we have a Grand Final coming up soon. No news really got to try and get the day going somehow. May pull out a piece of carnelian crystal to get motivated lol!
